Name, email, optional organisation, your message and your project-calculator choices. They are used only to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in replying.

The form posts to a PHP script on our web hosting, which forwards the message as email to editorial@letmarywriteit.link via the host’s mail system. The message is not stored in a database on the website.

To prevent abuse, the script stores a pseudonymous SHA-256 value derived from your IP address and the domain plus a counter in the server’s temporary directory. At most five attempts per 15 minutes; files older than 15 minutes are deleted on the next request.

Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up work, then deleted. We have not set a fixed period. The host’s own server logs follow the provider’s terms.

No analytics, advertising or third-party cookies. Your cookie choice is stored in local storage under the key "lmwi-consent". The readability tool runs locally and sends nothing. Fonts load from our own domain.

You can request access, correction or deletion by writing to editorial@letmarywriteit.link. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
